Official fees for intellectual property (industrial design) services in Mongolia

When registering an industrial design at the Intellectual Property Office of Mongolia (“IPOM”), companies without an official residence address in Mongolia, as well as foreign nationals, legal entities, or stateless persons not actively engaged in production or services within the country, must submit their applications through an authorized intellectual property representative holding a special license issued by the IPOM.
